Crack injection resin for fractured concrete

Xymertec Low Viscosity Crack Injection resin is a high quality epoxy system that has been developed for filling and consolidating fractured cement and concrete floors, tanks and walls etc. It can also be used for reinforcing rotted timber provided that it is reasonably dry.

The mixed resin has a long pot life to enable it to be used in a pressure pot without fear of it setting in the equipment. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate fractured and porous concrete and masonry. When cured the resulting composite will be stronger than the concrete was when it was first laid.

The mixed resin can also be used for creating a tough wear surface on porous concrete that has been laid in hot weather or poorly mixed with insufficient cement.

HARDENERS Xymer 180 has a very low viscosity and a long pot life of between 2 and 3 hours at ambient temperatures. This enables the mixed system to be used in pressure pot injection equipment without fear of it setting in the tubes.
